Rural Central Hawke's Bay facing rates rises
A small rural district in the North Island is facing rates rises like it hasn't seen in years as it grapples with an historic lack of investment. The Central Hawke's Bay District Council mayor acknowledges it will be tough - but says the state of the infrastructure is frightening. Reporter Tom Kitchin has visited the area to find out more.
