Police using drones banned by US federal authorities
The police are using drones that some federal authorities have banned in the United States over fears of Chinese spying. The world's leading drone maker DJI supplies all New Zealand police's drones. It's fighting back in the US against claims its drones can send information to Chinese government servers, and a ban by the US Army. Phil Pennington reports.
