Police Minister responds to officers taking photos of innocent youth

The Minister of Police is warning officers they should be taking photos of the public only when it is within the bounds of the law.  RNZ has revealed the Police are approaching innocent young people, photographing them, collecting their personal details and then using a phone app to send it all to a national police database.
