A damning report just released by the Independent Police Conduct Authority has found bullying, harassment and a related negative culture exist within the police workforce. The 115-page report says the negative culture doesn't permeate every workplace, but points to a pressing need for change. It comes after an RNZ investigation into police culture, where close to 200 current and former sworn and non-sworn police staff told our police reporter, Ben Strang, that the culture in the force is toxic, and bullying is rife. Māni Dunlop spoke to Ben Strang.
