Health practitioners group in court over abortion legislation
A group of health practitioners who conscientiously object to abortion are suing the Crown over new legislation. Health professionals who object to abortion now have to refer the patient to a doctor who can help them. The Health Professionals' Alliance has taken the case to the High Court, saying the new law interferes with the BIll of Rights Act. Rachel Thomas was at the hearing.
