Covid-19: Ship crew want greater MIQ flexibility

New Zealand crew working on ships overseas want the government to give them unrestricted access to managed isolation. They say they're getting stranded unfairly because MIQ hotels don't have rooms set aside for them - unlike air crew - and they can't easily shift managed isolation bookings when their ships are delayed.
