Clear direction to Oranga Tamariki to change

The Minister for Children, Kelvin Davis, has given a clear direction to Oranga Tamariki to change its ways - following the exit of its former chief executive - Grainne Moss. Mrs Moss announced her resignation earlier this year, following repeated calls for her to resign. Kelvin Davis and interim chair for the Ministry Sir Wira Gardiner fronted up at the Social Service and Communities Select Committee where Mr Davis made it clear the Ministry needs to start devolving more power.  Māni Dunlop speaks to RNZ political reporter Yvette McCullough.
