An independent report has detailed a toxic culture and a "boys club" operating within the police force. Some are bullied so badly their hair has fallen out - and others have suffered from PTSD. The review was launched after an RNZ investigation, where almost 200 current or former police staff came forward to lift the lid on bullying rife in the force. The IPCA report shows 40 percent of police staff have suffered some form of bullying or harassment in the past year. One in ten say it's ongoing, sustained, and targeted.
