ShOOey RIPEcast - Live From BottleRock 2015
I had the honor of playing at Hushconcerts' BottleRock Silent Disco stage in May 2015... my first festival! I've been playing breaks pretty consistently for the past few years but I took a lovely day in Napa as an opportunity to play a warm and energetic house set. I didn't know what to expect from the crowd since Bottlerock is a live music event but the dancefloor was packed all day and they were receptive to all of the DJ's music! Silent disco is definitely a unique experience to dance to *and* to DJ for since you can't depend on the "feel" of the music out loud.\n\nI just created a new DJ fan page on Facebook.
