Today is a special day, as we give you a sneak peek into our Revelation Wellness Couch to 5K program.\\xa0 Over the weekend we wrapped up our Songs of Ascent walking program, and we figured this was the perfect time to join together and train for a 5K as a family and run a race together over Labor Day weekend.\\xa0\\xa0
