Amy Wolf and Chef Arion Canniff opened The Dog Spot on Black Friday 2017. The concept is a small cafe focused on fresh-made foods, international fusion flavors and smaller, healthier portions with wine, beer and cider from the Inland and Pacific Northwest PLUS a small retail shop filled with pet gear and treats, and human clothing and accessories with pet themes (like a tiny Rainforest Cafe, but with dogs & cats).

\nThe answers to 2 questions guided every decision in the 20+ years of their relationship prior to opening a business: "What do we eat?" and "What do we do with the dogs?" So, it was a logical mash up to keep both partners interested and passionate about the results of their own business.
