\nHe wasn\u2019t sure what it was, but he was confident it was out there. Each step he took cleared out the fog of his future, and he now plays a pivotal role in creating company culture that is fun, inviting and productive.
\nEd and I also chat about giving yourself the grace and time to hit the pause button on life to reassess. Because of societal pressure, a lot of us find ourselves in a rat race, and end up neglecting our true passions.
