This is part three with my good friend Josh Howard, who is a missionary in the South Asia area. The goal of this session with Josh was to look at some of the counties that he's picked for his vacant land business. Josh and I have been an open book about our process in this series, and he\u2019s been targeting several counties in Texas. He\u2019s got access to the MLS through a realtor friend, which you\u2019ll definitely need if you want to get historical data.

Josh is also looking at some other states, and here, we zero in on North Carolina and look at the data. Some of you may be out there thinking that you won\u2019t be able to go into the counties Josh and I show here, but you can\u2019t avoid competition. Any time you go into a county where no one else is doing deals or there\u2019s nobody marketing, it\u2019s a bad sign. We\u2019re focusing on a county that has a lot of demand, a ton of activity, and a bunch of recent land transactions. I walk through how to pull a list of leads in a target county, how to set up a call automation campaign, and how to use data to figure out the best range for offers.
