And as you get busier in your business, you start asking better questions like, \u201cHow can I do none of this?\u201d When you do everything yourself, you do fewer deals and leave money on the table.
You need to build a team and have people around you. You also need to build simple systems so you can scale your marketing efforts and follow up. The three keys to success in real estate are marketing, automation, and delegation. Make a list of all of the things you have to do to get a deal done and see what you can outsource. Ask yourself, \u201chow can I get someone else to do all this for me,\u201d so you can start thinking bigger and better.
