Going Into A New Market - Doing Some Land Deals REI In Your Car Episode 1090
I get asked this question a lot \u2013 \u201cIf you were to start all over from scratch if you were to lose everything and had to start over, what would you do?\u201d Gavin and I are starting up a new challenge where we get into some new markets and do a bunch of deals. I\u2019m going to be covering land investing and Gavin will be looking at houses. We\u2019ll document the systems we use, how we research and select the markets, marketing strategies, how we find buyers, and how we analyze deals. I\u2019m excited to get into vacant land deals because it\u2019s a much different strategy than property management and we\u2019ve seen clients generate a ton of income in a fairly short amount of time.
