I thought I\u2019d take some time to impart some wisdom today that hopefully will inspire you to be a better investor. There\u2019s a lot of myth surrounding the hustle, but I want you to forget that and focus on working smarter and not harder.\nWhen are you most productive? You know that saying, \u201cNature abhors a vacuum\u201d? That means that our work will expand into the amount of time we give it. What would happen if you stopped giving yourself 8-10 hours to work? Could you get everything done by only working 3-4 hours a day?\nBe honest with what you want to do with your time. Play more golf? Spend more time traveling with your family? Hang out in meetings with your employees? Write more reports? I share an epiphany I had about my own work during a family trip to Europe, where they got to sight see while I worked.\nI do this a lot; I think I should do everything. But I have a team for a reason! I need to stop being a jack-of-all-trades, and let my team do their jobs.
