I continue to be amazed at how easy it is to get distracted. And I include myself in that statement. You\u2019ve heard me say (many times, if you are a regular listener to my podcast), \u201cFocus will make you rich; shiny objects will make you blind.\u201d

The list of businesses that people are involved in (and getting rich in) is enough to boggle the mind. And this is what got me thinking about how easy it is to look at other businesses and think, \u201cI could do that.\u201d

But I always go back to the realization of what a powerful business we have in real estate investing. In this business, we have less risk, we invest less time, have need for fewer resources, and yet it\u2019s more accessible than most any other business out there. So, I encourage you not to get distracted. Stay laser focused.
