Isn\u2019t it interesting how sometimes the most seemingly mundane things can be so effective? I know that many investors these days think bandit signs are \u201cold school\u201d and are too bothersome. Or they back off from possible hassles with the \u201csign police\u201d (a.k.a. code enforcement).

Well, just so you know, I\u2019m still using bandit signs. And they work! In this episode, I tell you how I use bandit signs in my business, and how I avoid problems.

It does amaze me, however, that it\u2019s illegal to remove a political sign that\u2019s been posted. But for us as investors, it\u2019s illegal to put them out. It doesn\u2019t make much sense, but it is what it is.

Use wisdom, be respectful, but don\u2019t stop using bandit signs. They do work.
