REI In Your Car 89: Win or Learn
Again, I\u2019m still in Spain enjoying the workshops, the relationships and the location by the ocean. At one of the workshops, I heard a comment that I really like\u2026

This guy said, \u201cIt\u2019s not a matter of win or lose, but rather win or learn.\u201d What a great perspective.
\n
The point is that you never \u201close,\u201d you simply learn from mistakes. It\u2019s about making progress as opposed to reaching for perfection. So don\u2019t be afraid of the seeming \u201cfailures.\u201d Just determine to \u201cfail forward faster.\u201d

In other words, the key is to always be taking action. Don\u2019t let fear of making mistakes paralyze you.

This is why it\u2019s so important to have a coach. A coach can prevent you from making really serious mistakes. They\u2019ve been there and know what to avoid.
