Shaun started flipping houses in 2003, but when deals became sporadic from month to month, he transitioned into coaching and ended up not only making money for himself but really loving the fact that he was helping others in REI.

Shaun and his business partner, Steve Cook, started the uber-successful coaching program called Lifeonaire. And in fact, I was in one of Shaun\u2019s first group of students.
