Part-time she focuses on her and her fiancee's real estate company, Limitless-Estates, where they focus on multi family investing. They also host a Meet-up group in Long Beach, CA called Out-Of-State Apartment Investing, which has over 1,000 members and they just launched their podcast in March 2019.
Kyle Mitchell is a more tenured individual in the real estate business. Starting with solo family rentals Kyle quickly realized that is multi-family units that create the best source of income.
