The Oxford-Cambridge Innovation Arc has the potential to deliver 1 million new homes and create up to 1.1 million new jobs by 2050 if the required new infrastructure is delivered. However, a co-ordinated response is key and with the area spanning 26 district and unitary authorities and five Local Enterprise Partnerships, can this challenge be overcome?\xa0
