In Matthew 22:36-40 \xa0Jesus\xa0says\xa0you\xa0must\xa0love\xa0your\xa0neighbor\xa0as\xa0yourself:

36\xa0\u201cTeacher, which\xa0is\xa0the great commandment in the law?\u201d

37\xa0Jesus said to him,\xa0\u201c\u2018You shall love the\xa0Lord\xa0your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.\u2019\xa038\xa0This is\xa0the\xa0first and great commandment.39\xa0And\xa0the\xa0second\xa0is\xa0like it:\xa0\u2018You shall love your neighbor as yourself.\u2019\xa040\xa0On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.\u201d

Do something to love yourself well and you will begin to love your neighbors well, too.
