It can ruin your life. Anxiety makes us sick.
Sometimes the solution for that is medical.
But often we are trying to use a medical solution to a spiritual problem.
There are 365 \u201cfear not\u201d commands in the Bible. That\u2019s one for every day of the year.
Angels, and the post-resurrection Christ, always said, \u201cFear not!\u201d
The cure for fear? The opposite of fear is not courage. It\u2019s love.
The Bible says, \u201cThere is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear \u2026\u201d (1 John 4:18 NIV).
God is love, and the more you fill your life with God, the less fear you are going to have.
