Right now everybody is thinking about their New Year\u2019s resolutions.\xa0

A New Year\u2019s resolution is just a goal or set of goals that you set at the beginning of the new year. If setting resolutions doesn't work, can you make your goals work? \xa0

Cliff says to follow this 4-step plan to achieve your goals:

  1. Believe it\u2019s possible.
  2. Write it down.
  3. Tells others about it.
  4. Work the plan as it become available to you.

Do you have a belief system problem?\xa0 A belief is a thought that we feel certain is true.

Want, need or should -will get you in a place where you will set a goal and see a result from it, but not long term.\xa0

E- Emotions

A- Actions

R- Result

You can change your beliefs, even if you have believed something is true from childhood.
