Michael Laven: The 'Monday Is Okay' Mix
Little under a month ago we premiered a new track from Michael Laven, a Frankfurt based musician who's presence amidst the city's techno history is prevalent yet rather undocumented. Across the years he has worked alongside an array of producers and record labels, perhaps most prominently Klang Elektronik. However, this year marked a new release from the German producer, a six track EP on Kerosene titled 'ad hoc'. It's anything but. \n\nFollowing our recent introduction to a producer we should have met a long time ago we invited Michael Laven to contribute to our intricate Monday mix series with an assortment of ambient and eclectic electronics.
