Mark is the owner of Excel Fitness in New Jersey and has an exceptional background in physical therapy and personal training. And he is remarkable ultra-endurance athlete, having made a name for himself for dominating several Spartan races, running 18 marathons (with a personal best of under 3 hours), finishing in the Top 3 of Jesse Itzler\u2019s famed Hell on the Hill, being the first to finish the #29029 Everest Challenge, and most recently running over 100 miles at the Last Man Standing event in Maine. To summarize, Mark is a beast. To keep up with his unparalleled feats, I highly recommend you follow him on Instagram at @Mark_Neilan.
