In this season I sit down with a fascinating group of ex-athletes \u2013 from a variety of team sports \u2013 to learn the most valuable skills and impactful lessons they developed on the court, field, ice, and sand\u2026 and more importantly\u2026 how they apply what they learned to every other area of their lives. \n\nJoining me today is Mooriah Rowser, a former guard for the women\u2019s basketball team at Memphis University and VCU and a current IT specialist for the US Government as well as an assistant girls\u2019 basketball coach at the nationally renowned St. John\u2019s high school in Washington DC.
