LaShawne Holland is a keynote speaker, who's presented both nationally and internationally. She is a wealth and business coach, best-selling author, real estate investor, and entrepreneur. 

Most recently, she was invited to present at Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business on Saturday, February 23, on the topic of building wealth as a minority. Last year's Wealthy Revolution Live event was attended by 100 people from across the United States.

Most coaches are teaching people how to make money, but they're not really teaching people how to multiply money. In terms of real wealth, how long can you go without having to create money or work for money? People talk about legacy, but they really don't understand what legacy wealth is. And so, if you want to create legacy wealth in your life, you have to not only have a golden goose but the golden goose that lays the eggs. You have to learn how to put those eggs to use so they can have more geese. Amid COVID-19, more millionaires and billionaires are positioning themselves in the market. Others don't create that space right or time in their lives to be educated about this because they're taking financial advice from people that are on the quiet cash flow side. There are plenty of investment opportunities out there, and you have the power to take control of your financial ship. Let your assets pay for your luxuries.

There's a big difference between making money and multiplying your money. Most people just upgrade their lifestyles when their business becomes profitable and starts making money. Their expenses rise to the level of their income. Some even put their money in their retirement fund but don't really know how to set their family up. Know how to position yourself in the marketplace. When there's a war happening around you, there are certain investments that you can do. People are probably going to need steel. While everybody is talking about doom and gloom, train your eyes to be able to see opportunities.

Step out of the overwhelming zone and allow yourself to be resourceful during this time. The stock market is going to crash, but it's going to reset as well. All you need is the right plan or program to make things work.
