How I made $120,393 This May (Income Report + Hiring a CFO)

*Disclaimer: this is a repurposed Livestream.*

I've never opened up about my numbers like this publicly. I always do this with my clients, who are in my highest-level program. I share with them the ins and outs of what's happening, including the behind-the-scenes decisions that I'm making to make money. Are you curious how this week's episode is a little bit different from the rest? Here's the cold truth. Some entrepreneurs share their numbers, but they don't share their profit. So, as part of me setting an example of what's possible, let's talk about how I made $120,393 this May!

Part One of ‘How I made $120,393 This May (Income Report + Hiring a CFO)’

My success story is filled with happy tears and frustrations that both led me to where I am today. Financial transformation is a long game that requires consistency and boldness to accelerate your results. Results take courage, not time. If you want to increase your wealth consistently, there are things that you need to do. You want to intentionally focus on making a declaration and then begin to act in alignment with that declaration.

“Don't let a small audience stop you. You can grow and sell at the same time. And, you can do that to the tune of millions.” — Shameca Tankerson (25:03-25:13)

My online business manager has been with me for three years. I'm so grateful for her because I started taking off when I hired her. She usually does all the payment processing and follows up on all of that stuff. But there was an element that was missing. So, my chief financial officer allows me to see and make decisions on how to spend money.

My CFO is looking at what percentage of my revenue is coming from what programs and giving me those reports. Having a CFO gives me a clear overview of how I'm running my business. My actual expenses to run my business are about $8,000 a month. Before I would make a lot of money, spend it all carelessly, and that puts me back to square one. You got to learn and understand the art of receiving and continually expanding yourself.

Part Two of ‘How I made $120,393 This May (Income Report + Hiring a CFO)’

My list is under two thousand people. So, for those of you who think you need at least fifteen thousand people on your list to participate, it doesn't work that way. In my case, people open my emails, and they buy because they're the committed ones who are hungry to learn from me. You don't have to have millions of followers to make money. You can still grow your audience, but don't let your small audience stop you from expanding to your highest potential. One time, my business coach challenged me not to change for the past 12 months, and it helped me work on my consistency even more.

“When you can learn to turn your fear into fuel, you're going to succeed much faster.” —  Shameca Tankerson (34:24-34:28)

Confidence also plays a crucial role for you to succeed. You must be the first person to believe in yourself because if you don't believe you can do it, why should others believe you can do it? If you want more people to pay you, you must be the leader and the client you desire to be. Start making decisions from the future version of yourself. You are already her. She resides in your DNA. You have the desire to level up because that future version of you already exists. All you have to do is own it. Stay committed to the process and feel your way forward.
