1095: Radio Trent 1985 Christmas Promo
Promos used to be a little more, well, spontaneous years ago. Many of us did not worry too much about what the objective was \u2013 we just had fun under the umbrella of \u2018image\u2019 promos. Here\u2019s a 1982 relic from Radio Trent in Nottingham. Assembled by my laying down one layer of me and a bit of laughter and handing the 10 and a half inch spool to a colleague who laid down another layer and passed it on. Thus this multi-layered epic was created, losing audio quality on each dub. Trent only had one proper multi-track machine, and that was sensibly locked away in comprod.
