Today we discussed my social media experiment with Facebook and politics. Remember never to mix these things if you expect everyone to like your point of view and if you use Facebook for business or if you are faint of heart. We also talked about automating workflows and how they can be used by your clients as a crowdsourced mechanism but also for your own internal usage. We discussed the solid workflow at companies like Chik Fil A and In-N-Out Burger. And finally we discussed making sure you have a backup workflow method.
