This week we catch up with the brewing team behind Watts River Brewing,\xa0Ben Hamilton and Aaron Malmborg. Aaron and\xa0Ben are currently\xa0cuckoo brewing but have plans to build a brewery in Healesville, after\xa0their former employer,\xa0White Rabbit Brewery, moved to Geelong. We learn about their homebrewing origins, what they learned in the various\xa0breweries in which they have worked and what inspires\xa0their brewing.
