There he was part of a sales team that sold over 2500 off plan apartments, in 18 different developments.\n\nHe started Landsdowne Investment Properties in November 2006 in the hope of becoming one of Summercon\u2019s service providers. In 2010 they were awarded the contract to become one of Summercon\u2019s preferred sales & rentals agencies. Since then they have become one of Summercon\u2019s preferred estate management companies and have won contracts to manage Steyn City and Eagle Canyon Golf Estate.
