On this episode I bring on Joe Cooper and Cory rich who are the cofounders of Evolv, a leadership development platform. They found a hole in the work place with how each manager manages in a different way, where as employees respond differently to different mangers. They teamed up to help solve this issue and decided to create a software. Joe has a background in physcology and Cory comes from the sales world, so together they are the dream team! They talk about what it's like starting a software company and the things they have learned along the way.
