b'In this episode I talk with my friend Tonia Olsen about her recent race at the Fort Desoto International Triathlon. She shares some of her insight of this small race that is not as well-known as some of the larger branded races but is just as well run, if not better. As the sport of triathlon continues to grow and people learn how to put on great races, we are learning that the sport really demands great customer service.
