The inaugural seminar focuses on issues of campaign finance that are unique to New York City. Panelists have special expertise on New York City's campaign finance law and on raising campaign money for incumbents and challengers. They are Dale C. Christensen, Jr., Vice-Chairman, Campaign Finance Board; William T. Cunningham, Former Director of Communications, Office of the Mayor; and Christine Quinn, Speaker, New York City Council. \\n
