Dr. Lee-Baggley holds appointments as an assistant professor in the Department of Family Medicine at Dalhousie University and as an adjunct professor in the Department of Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Saint Mary\u2019s University. She is also the director of the Centre for Behaviour Change Research in Nova Scotia where she conducts research and training in chronic disease management.
