Western society faces is the most unhealthy we\u2019ve ever been. It\u2019s reached epidemic proportions: depression, anxiety, poor focus and sensorium issues, chronic stress, and diseases of chronic stress (like diabetes). The solution is simple\u2014exercise and healthy eating.
