Why is Emotional Surrender so Hard?
There is a tremendous amount of social conditioning to be less in touch with our emotions. Especially for men, the message is that "Big boys don't cry" and "fear is a sign of weakness. When in reality we can not be fully human until we can embrace the totality of the human emotional spectrum.
