I have three lies and a truth for you today.
The most common things I hear coming out of people\u2019s mouths who so badly have a dream they want to achieve, are all lies that they believe are 100% FACTS.
\u201cI\u2019m just feeling so stuck on what to do\u2026\u201d = LIE
\u201cI\u2019m not sure where to even begin or how to start\u201d = LIE
\u201cI\u2019m just blocked right now, I will do _____ when I\u2019m clear\u201d\xa0 = LIE
Now insert, \u201cbut Tiffany, you don\u2019t understand\u2026 blah blah blah\u201d
I have no doubt that you are REALLY feeling this way, because you believe this to be true, and you keep repeating this to yourself and others, so of course you are going to feel what you repeatedly think and say.
But here\u2019s the truth in all of this\u2026
You buying into and giving energy to these \u201cI\u2019m stuck,\u201d \u201cI\u2019m confused,\u201d and \u201cI\u2019m blocked\u201d declarations, will IN FACT keep you from moving forward.
The truth is, part of you doesn\u2019t want to move forward because you are scared. Moving forward means actually taking the risk, putting yourself out there, investing real time, money, and energy into something that isn\u2019t guaranteed.
Going after your dreams is scary AF, not going after them is far worse. Don\u2019t you think having massive crushing regret is far worse than temporary fear?
