The dream-killing sentence that you have said at least once this week\u2026

Most people assume that I never think or say this, but if you were behind the scenes of ProjectME and Casa Coach Tiff this last month, you would have heard me say it, scream it, and cry it during multiple meltdowns.

or it may come out in some variety pack like\u2026

\u201cWho do I think I am?\u201d

\u201cWhy would anyone listen to me?\u201d

\u201cWhy would someone hire me when they could hire __________ (insert someone with more money, followers, magazine covers, testimonials)?\u201d

That critical voice in our heads is nasty, and if you grew up with any form of trauma, abuse, or neglect like I did, that voice can rule your life if it isn\u2019t managed on the daily.

Your insecurities will pop up to the surface\u2026. your self-doubts\u2026.your limiting beliefs\u2026and that inner critical voice will get CRAZY LOUD. If you don\u2019t have a support system in place, along with the tools to manage this stuff\u2026.YOU WILL QUIT.
