One of my private clients said to me on our application call that she \u201cdidn\u2019t know if she could afford to work with me right now.\u201d\xa0

My initial thought is always a slightly annoyed, \u201cummmm ok, then why did you apply to work with me?\u201d\xa0

So I asked her, \u201cWhat is your plan to get to where you want to be in your business if you don\u2019t hire me to show you how?\u201d\xa0

I asked this question to move her into the logical side of her brain, and out of the emotional fight, flight or freeze response.\xa0

Her reply, \u201cI have no plan, which is why I applied\u2026I\u2019m just scared, this is huge for me, but I know I need to do it.\u201d\xa0
