In no way am I excusing or minimizing anyone\u2019s abusive or hurtful behavior in your life\u2026this has to be discussed.

We are the common denominator in our lives, our work, our relationships\u2026so when something is happening on repeat, it is not because you\u2019re a \u201cmagnet for toxic people,\u201d or that you \u201cweren\u2019t meant to make a lot of money.\u201d

It\u2019s because your nasty inner bully has convinced you of some BS that isn\u2019t true.\xa0

Likely you\u2019ve been gaslighting and emotionally abusing yourself all without fully realizing the consequences of it.\xa0

In my childhood, I was taught that I was too much, a burden, and not worthy of unconditional love.\xa0

So unknowingly I carried those beliefs for decades into my adult life and acted out of those beliefs.\xa0

> Accepting scraps in relationships.\xa0

> Tolerating abusive behavior from people.\xa0

> Avoiding following my true dreams, and settling for a \u201cgood enough\u201d corporate career.\xa0

Of course, I wasn\u2019t able to repair decades of self-abuse overnight, but it also didn\u2019t take me that long, because I didn\u2019t try and do this work alone.\xa0
