It\u2019s a full time job believing in ourselves.\xa0

Managing our monkey minds and the 6-12 thousand thoughts we have in a day is exhausting sometimes, but the price you will pay if you don\u2019t do the daily work is HUGE.

Of those thousands of thoughts, on average 80% of them are negative, and 95% of those are repetitive negative thoughts.\xa0

Well f*ck no wonder I was walking around like a whacked out zombie most of my life.

First of all, don\u2019t beat yourself up for being so negative or critical, this is the default programming that your mind will go to if left unmanaged.\xa0

Second, just because we have those intrusive thoughts, doesn\u2019t mean we can\u2019t manage them. Look at your thoughts like 15 six year-olds playing with puppies\u2026PURE CHAOS.\xa0

But just as you can wrangle those kids, you can do the same with your thoughts. At first, it will feel frustrating and exhausting, like nothing is working. That\u2019s 100% normal.\xa0

Just like anything else you dedicate time, attention and patience to, your mind also gets easier to manage.\xa0

You start by being aware of your words and thoughts. Notice your repeat go to phrases, words, and frustrations.\xa0

Mine used to be, \u201cI\u2019m so exhausted.\u201d\xa0

Well guess what? I was, but repeatedly saying and thinking this wasn\u2019t helping me feel any less exhausted.\xa0

You can\u2019t tell yourself a lie, this is why most affirmations won\u2019t work, because many of them are too far fetched for you mind to buy into. (that\u2019s why I created my own millionaire mindset affirmation card deck for you\u2026everyone out there felt like lies to my brain.)

You need to select a different thought that\u2019s even 15% more positively charged than what you were saying.\xa0

Maybe.. \u201cI really want to have more energy.\u201d

See how that\u2019s a little better?\xa0

Just like we have to do if we haven\u2019t exercised in a long time\u2026ease into it. Forcing your body to run a marathon when you haven\u2019t even ran a mile doesn\u2019t work, so why would shocking your brain be effective?
