Setting KPIs (key performance indicators) for each individual, as well as your shop as a whole, will guide your decision making. \nIt doesn\u2019t need to be perfect, you just need to start with something. These numbers don\u2019t need to be accurate, but at least they give you direction and show if you\u2019re doing it the same way every week or doing better or worse. \nTom has found the only way to grow stronger is a conscious effort to design growth into the very structure of your business.\n\u201cIf you don\u2019t have scalability, you\u2019re not going to be able to grow.
