Those are all very important, but imagine the impact it can have on your business if you can take the time to invest into your people by listening to them, showing them recognition and appreciation, and letting them know how important they are to the company.

It is vital to understand that if you want to have the best customer experience it starts with the best employee experience. They are the front line and the ones that interact with the customers on a daily basis. What they experience when they come in each day will be reflected to the customer out in the field.
