What Amy Coney Barrett could mean for the environment

Over the weekend, the president announced he is nominating Amy Coney Barrett to fill the Supreme Court seat left vacant after the death of Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Barrett, a longtime legal scholar with a short tenure as a federal judge, is almost certain to be confirmed, after GOP senators confirmed they would vote on the nomination over the past week.
