New report: U.S. can zero out carbon emissions by 2050

A new report by the National Academies of Sciences says that the United States can achieve net-zero carbon emissions by 2050, but it will require "rapid rates of change and unprecedented levels of funding.” Will President Joe Biden implement the report’s proposals?
