No, it’s not just the states Trump needs to win if he wants to get re-elected, but the states where EPA administrator Andrew Wheeler has been spending quite some time in the last weeks. And according to POLITICO’s Alex Guillen, Wheeler’s disproportionate presence in swing state, and the relevance of some of the announcements, is raising flags from some ethics officials.
